AI visibility tracking
Your buyers stopped scrolling ten links. They ask an assistant and act on the paragraph it writes. This page is about measuring whether that paragraph has your name in it.
Measured across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Claude.
What actually gets measured
Four things, and none of them is a position in a list.
Whether you are named
Out of every run of a question, how many answers contain your brand at all. This is the number that moves first and the one that hurts most when it is zero.
Where in the answer
Named in the first sentence and named in a closing aside are not the same outcome. The report separates them instead of counting both as a mention.
Who is named instead
Every answer that leaves you out names somebody. That list, question by question, is the competitor leaderboard.
Which pages were cited
Engines that search will show their sources. Those URLs are the only concrete thing you can act on, because they say which pages the engine believed.
How a buyer question becomes a number
The question is written the way a buyer types it
Unbranded, in the buyer language, about the thing they want rather than about you. A question with your brand in it measures reputation, not discovery, and both belong in the pool in different proportions.
Every engine is asked, every time
All 5 engines run on every plan. There is no cheaper tier that quietly drops two of them, because a brand that is invisible in one engine and fine in four has a specific problem you would never see.
The whole answer is kept
Not a score, the text. You can read what the engine actually wrote about your category, which is usually more useful than the number attached to it.
The run repeats
Weekly for the full pool, daily for priority questions. One answer is an anecdote. The report is built on the repetition.
What this does not do
It does not promise that doing the recommended fixes raises your visibility. We measure, and we publish what we measure. Anyone selling a guaranteed path into an answer is describing a mechanism nobody has demonstrated on a public case.
It does not report a position, because there is no list to hold one. It does not read your traffic, your ad accounts or your CRM. And it does not tell you what an engine will say tomorrow, only what it said on the days we asked.
If you want to see the shape of the output before paying anything, the published studies are the same machinery pointed at whole industries: public research.
