Use case

Seeno for marketing teams

Somebody on your team will be asked why a competitor turns up in ChatGPT and you do not. This is the report that answers it with a number and a list of names.

Measured across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Claude.

What lands in the weekly report

Whether you were named

A rate across repeated runs, not a single lucky answer. Each weekly question is asked 2 times.

The names that took your place

The part the team actually discusses. It regularly includes a directory or a publication rather than a competitor, which is its own kind of useful.

The split by engine

Across 5 engines. Weak in one and fine in four is a specific, workable problem that an average would hide.

What the engines read

The cited sources, where the engine showed them. These URLs are the only part of the answer your own work can reach.

Where it sits next to rank tracking

Two different questions, both worth asking
Rank tracking AI visibility
What the buyer sees A list of links to choose from A paragraph naming two or three brands
What can be measured Your position in the list Whether you are named, where, and next to whom
Stability Broadly stable between checks Varies run to run, which is why runs repeat
What you can act on The page that ranks The pages the engine cited while answering

One thing to be careful about internally

When the number is bad, the pressure is to promise a plan that fixes it by a date. Nobody in this category, ourselves included, has publicly demonstrated that a checklist of fixes reliably raises visibility in AI answers. The answer is generated fresh each time, and there is no position to climb.

What you can commit to is the measurement, the competitor list, and work on the specific pages the engines cited instead of yours. That is a defensible plan. A guaranteed place in the answer is not one, and a vendor offering you one is telling you something about themselves.

If you want to see the output shape at scale first, the industry studies are open: published research. The measurement itself is described on AI visibility tracking.

Questions

Before you ask us

Does this replace our rank tracker?
No, it sits next to it and answers a different question. A rank tracker tells you where your page stands in a list of links. This tells you whether your brand is named in a paragraph where no list exists. Teams that drop one for the other usually regret it within a quarter.
Who on the team actually opens it?
In practice, whoever owns demand. The weekly report is short enough to read in a stand-up, and the part people argue about is the competitor list, not the score.
What do we do with a bad result?
First, look at what the engines cited on the questions you lost. Those pages are the concrete part. Then decide whether the gap is coverage, meaning nothing of yours addresses that question at all, or credibility, meaning you are covered and still not believed. They need different work, and the report separates them.
How big a plan does a single brand need?
Most single-brand teams land on Growth at $349 a month: 150 tracked questions with 25 of them in the daily pool, 25 competitors and 12 months of history. Starting smaller is fine, the questions are what you scale.
